- It's clean. Most of the neighbors are friendly except for the one guy who rides your bumper through there when there is only a 10 m.p.h. speed limit and speed bumps. Those are in place to protect the residents, children, elderly, pets and visitors.
Turned out as nice as the place one could imagine
I have lived here for several months now and we love it. No one bothers you, nice homes and quiet neighborhood. Management is excellent! This is not your typical mobile home park. Close to everything.
